What are the standard load-in times for vendors?
Standard load-in is permit-ted two hours prior to the event. For large equipment or delivery of exhibition materials, please coordinate with our site director at least 48 hours in advance.
Is on-site security provided for vendor spaces?
General fairground security is provided for all public events. For private rentals, specialized security for your specific booth or exhibit space can be contracted through our list of approved vendors.
Are tables and chairs provided by the fairgrounds?
The Gibson County Fairgrounds provides basic facility access. All specialty event equipment, including tables, chairs, and catering supplies, must be sourced through our network of approved partners.
What insurance requirements must vendors meet?
All vendors are required to maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability insurance, naming the Gibson County Fairboard and Fairgrounds as an additional insured party for the event duration.
